・Publishing or selling audio sources under the name of X-Ray’s Butterfly Wings without permission,

as well as unauthorized usage of account names on social media or YouTube, is prohibited.

・Creating, publishing, and selling sheet music of the audio sources without permission from

・Using the audio sources for creations or content that violate public order and morals is prohibited.

・Using the audio sources for creations or content that promote or evoke crime, political ideologies,

war, religion, or other ideologies, propaganda, or associated themes is prohibited.

・If these usage rules are violated for wrongful purposes or result in damaging the reputation

and trust of X-Ray’s Butterfly Wings, I reserve the right to pursue legal action.

・In cases of frequent misuse or rule violations, or if there are many users who do not uphold

mutual respect and trust, X-Ray’s Butterfly Wings reserves the right to suspend or terminate

the distribution of audio sources at its discretion.

・If any user, regardless of their identity, engages in defamation or slander against the provided

I will conduct fact-checking and, depending on the circumstances, may pursue legal action.

Failure to comply with fact-checking requests will result in immediate legal action.

・Any use that is deemed to infringe upon, damage, or fabricate the rights, trust, reputation of

X-Ray’s Butterfly Wings, beyond the aforementioned conditions, is prohibited.

・If we discover any misuse or rule violations, I reserve the right to request the removal

of relevant content from the user.

・If there are numerous cases of misuse or severe rule violations by users,

I reserve the right to request compensation or usage fees.

・If a third party other than the user discovers any misuse or rule violations regarding these audio sources,
